Why a build fee plus a monthly plan?
The build fee covers creating your custom tool. The monthly plan keeps it hosted, supported and improving as your business changes — software is never truly 'done'.
How do you set the build price?
After the free discovery chat we scope the work and give you a fixed number in a written proposal. No surprises.
Can I start small?
Yes — most clients start with one high-impact automation and add more once they see the time and money it returns.
What's included in the monthly plan?
Hosting, security updates, monitoring, support, and ongoing improvements as your business changes. It also covers the AI running behind your loops — no separate usage bills to track.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No long lock-in. The monthly plan is ongoing while you're getting value; you can cancel with reasonable notice, and your data is always yours to export.
Do you charge per user?
No per-seat pricing. The plan is based on the tools you're running, so adding your team doesn't blow out the cost.
